2. Services
Uchublab provides design and development services that may include web design, landing pages, business websites, web applications, UI/UX design, and other digital work described on the website.
A website description of a service is not itself a binding project agreement. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, fees, payment schedule, revisions, responsibilities, and acceptance criteria for a project should be agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Project engagements
Project enquiries submitted through the contact form do not create a client relationship or guarantee availability. A project begins when the relevant commercial terms and scope have been accepted by both parties.
Client delays, missing materials, third-party dependencies, scope changes, or other circumstances outside Uchublab's reasonable control may affect delivery timelines.
Additional work outside an agreed scope may require a revised quote, timeline, or written approval.
4. Intellectual property
Unless a written project agreement says otherwise, each party retains ownership of materials, trademarks, content, software, libraries, templates, processes, and other intellectual property it owned before the project.
Ownership or usage rights in newly created project deliverables should be determined by the specific project agreement and payment terms. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.
Uchublab may display completed work in its portfolio or marketing materials where the project agreement permits it. Confidential work or work subject to a non-disclosure or confidentiality obligation will be treated accordingly.
5. Third-party services
Projects may depend on third-party platforms, hosting providers, APIs, payment providers, plugins, libraries, domain registrars, or other services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and their availability or behaviour may be outside Uchublab's control.
6. Liability and warranties
Uchublab will use reasonable care and skill in providing agreed services. Except where a written project agreement or applicable law requires otherwise, the website and its general informational content are provided without a promise that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated as the website or services change. The current version will be published on this page with a revised effective or update date. Project-specific agreements may contain additional terms that take precedence for that engagement where applicable.
